Two Glass Birds hopes to have all pieces shipped out within 2-3 business days from the time of purchase. It is my mission to reuse shipping materials as much as possible to reduce the amount of waste that reaches the landfill. Therefore, you may notice your glass art has arrived in a box from another store or a reused box from another glass artist/studio. RETURN &CANCELATION POLICY
If you would like to return a stained glass piece you must initiate the return within 24 hours of delivery. If your piece has been damaged during shipping, please take pictures of the box it was shipped in and the piece itself as soon as it has been opened and contact me at email@example.com. There are no returns or refunds for custom work. All order cancelations must be initiated within 24 hours of your purchase.
All custom commissions require a 50% nonrefundable deposit before I begin cutting glass. The remaining balance must be paid before the piece will be shipped to its destination. If you have questions regarding custom work please fill out a commission request.
